Estate Manager - Responsible for the everyday running of one or more properties, training and guiding of other household staff, reporting directly to the principles. Exhibiting highly professional standards, excellence in organizational and operational skills. Proficient and well-versed in all aspects of private household service; financial accounts, household inventories, planning of formal entertainment, business schedules and general household responsibilities to ensure smooth running of a large formal home.
Household Manager - An invaluable asset to any busy household. The Household Manager will ensure your home runs smoothly having impeccable organizational skills to manage family calendars, organize events, manage staff/vendors, provide childcare or cooking.
Caretaker – Highly skilled individual having full charge of the outside and inside maintenance of the home. Duties include gardening, snow removal, painting, plumbing, minor electrical work and carpentry. Responsible for maintaining tools, lawn equipment and specialist machinery.
Butler - Senior staff having refined discretion, dignity, perfection and excellence in service standards. Daily duties include overseeing household staff, knowledge of high social etiquette and formal service, receiving guests, organizing the duties and schedule of domestic staff, travel arrangements, liaison with staff and employees from other households and corporate office staff.
Domestic Couples - Highly skilled and professional couples possessing a variety of skills to manage larger homes and estates. Domestic Couples are experienced with formal household functions and day to day operations sharing the duties of household maintenance, vehicle maintenance, gardening, general housekeeping, laundry, cooking and estate management tasks.
Personal Assistant - A qualified Personal Assistant having a can do attitude to assist principals with business administrative needs, bookkeeping, manage the family calendar, plan events, organize travel and personal shopping.
Personal Driver - A private household professional diver is well-presented and discreet. Duties such as taking the principal to his or her business appointments, driving children to and from school, running errands, keeping their employers' cars in good condition and carrying out basic car maintenance.
Lady’s Maid – Personal assistant encompassing a number of skills and services, directly responsible for the Lady of the household. Meeting daily needs and requests, providing wardrobe care with cataloging, preparation of clothes for packing, styling services, personal shopping, travel and light housekeeping.
Housekeeper - Competence, loyalty and dedication –these attributes are essential in a good housekeeper. A housekeeper will be able to take complete charge of your home on your behalf. Duties can include cooking, supervising or carrying out housework, shopping, laundry etc.
Laundress - Cares for and maintains household linens, personal clothing of the principal and family. Having knowledge about the care of, storing and handling of fine fabrics. Duties of a Laundress include washing, ironing, steaming, mending and organizing the wardrobes and household linens.
